The Volunteer Medical Service Corps (VMSC) is honored and privileged to renovate the VMSC owned property located at 500 East Hector Street, Conshohocken.  The completion, set for early March, will result in a state-of-the-art EMS station which will support the first rate EMS service that the Boroughs have and that its residents and businesses deserve.  When completed, the station will be a two-story structure that is the home to the EMS crews servicing the Conshohocken and West Conshohocken Boroughs.

At the September meeting of the Conshohocken Borough Council, the members voted upon and approved a lead capital gift request of $100,000 in support of the refinancing and renovations of the station in Conshohocken and West Conshohocken Borough Council voted upon and approved a capital gift of $16,200 at their December meeting. VMSC will finance the remaining costs through a capital campaign and funds saved for this project.  We ask the businesses, residents and friends to consider a capital contribution to this project.

Please call Suzanne Smith, Executive Director, for additional information on how you and/or your organization can help. She can be reached at 610-645-7770.

VMSC Annual fund drive "Help us, Help you"

It is that time of the year again when Volunteer Medical Service Corps (VMSC) asks for your
support of our annual fund drive.  Last year, VMSC was dispatched to over 7,200
9-1-1 calls within the Townships and Boroughs we serve.

As a nonprofit organization, VMSC’s mission is to provide the highest quality pre-hospital
emergency care and medical transportation for our communities.  We pride ourselves in bringing
our residents, businesses and those who pass through our service area the best qualified EMT’s
and Paramedics.  In order to continue this mission, VMSC needs your financial support.

Our organization is viable because of the enormous commitment of our Volunteers and Career
members.  We are proud of our seventy-three active volunteers, some of whom have
been with us for 15 to 27 years. Our volunteers give the organization over 4,500 hours each year.
Our career staff consists of members that have been with the organization up to 25 years.
All VMSC members serve the community 24/7/365.

VMSC does not receive your tax dollars.  We rely on your on-going generous donations to our
membership drive, contributions, grant/foundation awards and gifts-in-kind.

VMSC needs your membership support.  Your membership fee of $60 for a family,
$45 for a senior couple/family or $40 for single person insures that,
regardless of insurance, you pay only 15% of the balance after your co-pays and
deductibles are satisfied.

You may pick up a membership packet at our main station at 101 Sibley Ave in Ardmore or have one mailed to you by calling the Business Office at (610) 645-7770
